Ordered the beef Trio and the beef ribs was horrible meat stuck the bone and the part that did come of was dry. The brisket was doused in black pepper. I would never try again. The sides and the beef sausage were fine . I will never order this again. And the Manager cant quite remember her name started with La something was handled the order incorrectly. Had ro call corporate office.

This makes twice I've had a bad experience. The first time, I let the hair in my tossed salad slide without posting, but this time, rotting radishes were in not one but both salads. I am absolutely disgusted with the lack of quality care prepping customers food at the location on Gessner and Westheimer. Conveniently located but will not go back to this establishment. I rarely post pictures but this time, it was a must. Like how do you miss this cutting and prepping the salads? I hope no one else ate one of these rotten radishes today. Do better Gessner staff!!!

I ordered the turkey & sausage 👨🍳 💋 so good. Sides mac n cheese, potato salad again so good. Had a move spent 57$ feed a family of 4 perfectly. I'm hooked on the turkey. Go feed the family and save some money. I'm definitely going back. I went through the drive thru it was quick.

The food was amazingly well cooked and the service was great. The layout of the restaurant to me was not the best I've seen but this place is a must eat for good BBQ

Ordered from drive-thru; beef ribs, cold slaw and yams plate, on Saturday, 10/19/24, and paid, rounded off to $25.
There was less than a tablespoon of beef on the entire 2 beef ribs; very greasy with lots of fat. The yams were awful and scorched with a few onions on them🙄 The cold slaw was runny with cabbage only, no shredded carrots.
Needless to say, I waisted my $$ and was briefly a vegetarian while forcing part of the meals down without meat.
I have read some reviews, but, I will assume they've never ordered what I did.
My intention is to not go back, ever, unless they're the one and only place in Houston that's open for business.
