***DO NOT get your hair done by Brigette Schwartz!!!!***
I paid $325 and my color is NOTHING like we discussed!!!! I texted her MULTIPLE times to see to see if she would please fix it or refund me my money and she REFUSED to do either!!! She’s SO unprofessional and rude. She called me manic for texting her so many times because she was straight ignoring me & the fact that she RUINED my hair.
Please take my review seriously when I say SHE is a scam artist. She told me she would get me as blonde as she could without any breakage, the pictures I showed her looked nothing like I got. She is in it for the money and not to be trusted, not a good professional at all or hairstylist!! She will tell you what would take another hairstylist one time in a chair that it’ll take her 2-3 visits to achieve because she doesn’t want to hurt your hair - when in fact that’s a LIE and she just wants your money.
Also, I’m pretty sure she is was drugs or something because the way she talks super fast and barely lets you get in a word or sentence doesn’t sound right. I was uncomfortable with it and should’ve just asked her to stop doing my hair or never mind before she even started. Go with you gut, always because mine was telling me something was wrong with her and it was right!!!!

Absolutely love it here. Professional and clean. Never have had any issues. Our manager, Velvet is the best. She goes around to make sure everyone is good. Always recommend here to all my fellow stylist friends and family!! Great location in the heart of Houston :)

Went to see Nedal such a nice and kind lady . Had a hair cut and color . My hair color was beautiful and the hair cut was very nice too .

Great atmosphere! Looks like they have a lot of businesses for your beauty needs. I wish I had a good experience but the Barber I set an appointment with left before the scheduled time of my appointment so I would suggest not using (Q's Barbershop).
