The bartender was excellent. The chef was wonderful. The waitress told me that I needed to go to the bar to get my drink. Other than that we had a wonderful time. Love a good time at Benihanas!

This place was incredibly dirty and unprofessional. As soon as we walked in, we noticed trash all over the tables and floors. Once seated, I opened my menu only to find it wet and smeared with what appeared to be chocolate. Our waiter was extremely rude. He brought out our appetizers without any silverware, and we had to wait 10 minutes before someone finally brought us utensils, only for the fork to be dirty. To make matters worse, I saw another waitress drop lemons on the floor, and instead of picking them up, staff walked over them or stepped on them, which was disgusting to watch. I had to ask the manager to pick up the lemons and bring clean forks. When he did, I noticed he seemed more focused on a young woman sitting at the bar, repeatedly touching her inappropriately, which was highly unprofessional.
When our food arrived, my coworker found shrimp on her plate, even though she had specifically ordered steak only due to a shellfish allergy. When she informed the waiter, he responded rudely, saying, “What do you want me to do about it? You should have mentioned you were allergic to shrimp.” She never ordered shrimp, so why was it even on her plate? While the food itself was okay, the overall experience was terrible, and the manager’s behavior was completely unprofessional. I would rate this place 0 out of 10.

It’s a dream coming true for us. We just visited this amazing Japanese restaurant to have food, had prebooking confirmed, reached on time very courteous Japanese welcome. Guided to the table where another Birthday family were there, they have an 8 seat pattern, the dining table is also part of the cooking table right in front of you the chef come with all cooking paraphernalia, specially trained to entertain the guest along with cooking, it’s amazing to be there. We ordered some chicken fried rice, shrimp hibachi, and beef hibachi style. No idea how the time went off, really tasty food and entertainment together, absolutely amazing experience. Never forget the experience, life is all about experience.

I have been going to this Benihana location for 30 plus years. They are very consistent with their delivery of the traditional Benihana hibachi meal. Fun times and good food for everyone. You will leave entertained and very full. The steak and shrimp is my favorite, but you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. It is a very fun spot for a birthday with the family (with kiddos).

Slammed/packed on a Saturday night.
Wait was almost an hour to be seated.
Then, another 30 minutes for drinks. We finally left before anyone’s food order was taken. I watched a nearby table have their meal prepared.
Too many people (for me) to enjoy a meal.
