Good service and the food is always good. Nice people. I got a brownie one time because I did wait a little bit longer than normal, so they are looking out for the customer to be happy. I do recommend this place!

As a pharma rep I was using this store for 18 months. I would say at least 10-15 visits a week.
Had issues with 3 different orders this week. Spoke to "manager" Christina asked her kindly for the owners contact information and was told to "google it" and then she turned her back and walked away.
After taking her advice I found out it is James DeCola whom I emailed and left several vms. I never use this store again for any personal or work food orders. Waiting to hear back from someone at Corporate.
This store loss a customer for life.

This is the first Chick-fil-A location I have ever encountered where the leader and management is such combative and non-caring about the service that they are providing to people that’s spending their money here. They continue to fulfill the wrong orders via DoorDash and then blame it them, Upon pick up they are taking pictures of my orders and it is never correct. I am spending large amounts of money at this establishment and they can care less about trying to help me fix the matter.. she was so careless. She needs to make sure her team is getting orders correct I’m sure the job isn’t that hard! Do not order door dash from this location’

Definitely the worst chick fil a I’ve ever been to. I come to this place often because it’s close. Half of the time they either forgot to give me sauce or didn’t even bother to ask. Food is also very inconvenient, sometimes really salty, sometimes tiny.

Agree with the others, this is a top notch Chick-fil-A location. The team there is fast, courteous, attentive and greet you with a smile. It is the only bright spot in that part of the Energy Corridor. Traffic, drivers, and attitudes near that intersection are awful but we endure it to get to this Chick-fil-A! Worth it! Good job Chick-fil-A
