I had a very large 70 person thanks giving event that ended being around 80 total people , I organized the event with the Owner and Managers that made sure theeverything was set for our thanksgiving party , They also gave us the option for a well course fajita meal for everyone as well as allowed us to apply rules of what drinks could be purchased throughout the night . The service of waitresses and Bar was the tip top of the line !!!
From what may have been a stressful night ended up a complete thanksgiving success!!!
Solid Construction employees and family can not be more satisfied with El matador !

I called in my order, the lady didn't ask for my name, when I got there i stood at the counter for about 5 minutes or longer while the lady behind the counter never acknowledged me bcuz she was on her phone. It took a really nice guy to come over and assist me. The chicken was in cubes, not shredded, but it was tender. I've had btr. Also, the front door was locked. Luckily, I'm pretty smart, so I checked the door on the patio, which is how you get in.

This place is close and every time I'm in here its almost empty. Its good, the drinks, the food and the prices. Its really large and open inside and they have a smaller banquet style room off to the side that can accommodate private parties, a stage, tons of televisions, two bars and tons of attentive staff. Their chicken tortilla soup is top notch, I order it with my meal almost every time I go here. I honestly don't know why they aren't busy all the time, maybe I've just hit them at non peak hours but regardless I think they are good and I enjoy a quiet meal out.
**I had dinner here again tonight (my husband and I visit usually 2-3×'s a month) and we had a wonderful young lady named Violeta who waited on us and she deserves special mention. She was attentive, sweet, pretty, and so polite, ask for her!

Smelled bad and the margaritas were bad. I wouldn't go unless you go for the after hours and music but not a weekday venue

It was ok the food was ok and not enough ,i felt like the price didnt match the size, the atmosphere was pretty lit but i wish they would have played. More variety of music, server was bit rude kept getting stuff wrong and charged us for extra shots that we did not even asked for, shrimp was over cooked and the "aguas frescas were paquetillo, horchata tasted like pinolillo, that was not horchata at all and it was like the store bought and it expensive too
