This location does NOT have a drive thru. Food was terrible, service was great. My fried fish was very undercooked. The skin was mostly soft and crispy in only one area. The light color tipped me off, but I bit into it anyway and it just wasn’t done. I was hoping this would be as good as the original Scott St location, but it wasn’t. I messaged Frenchy’s on instagram, they are working to correct my order, but seeing other reviews similar to mine here, I wouldn’t chance it.

SCAM, ordered 3 pieces, I received 3 HALF pieces... CANT CHEW, no seasoning, go other other location, uber eats always delivers full fillets, seriously.... drove 18 minutes to get some fresh air and I get jipped for picking up in person, store is incredibly hot low AC if any
And fries, did they count ~15 pieces?

I had the 3 campus meal mixed with dirty rice, a roll, jalapeno, and peach cobbler.
Initially, I had the chicken leg and did not quite get the appeal, then I had the chicken thigh and the light came on, I was sucking on my fingers trying to get all of the flavor. Overall, it was a very enjoyable meal as you can see in the before and after pictures.

Poor customer service skills. The chicken was too salty to eat. The staff needs customer service training immediately. I will never go back there again! They don’t acknowledge their customers at all! They make you stand there 10 minutes while they just stand looking at a screen. No sense of urgency whatsoever! The chicken was returned! Refunded

The place needed attention in cleanliness. The service was great, though. I always get chicken breasts, mashed potatoes, and biscuits. I love the chicken.
