Poor customer service skills. The chicken was too salty to eat. The staff needs customer service training immediately. I will never go back there again! They don’t acknowledge their customers at all! They make you stand there 10 minutes while they just stand looking at a screen. No sense of urgency whatsoever! The chicken was returned! Refunded

I had the 3 campus meal mixed with dirty rice, a roll, jalapeno, and peach cobbler.
Initially, I had the chicken leg and did not quite get the appeal, then I had the chicken thigh and the light came on, I was sucking on my fingers trying to get all of the flavor. Overall, it was a very enjoyable meal as you can see in the before and after pictures.

We haven't been to a Frenchy's since the Stafford one closed down and boy do we miss it. We had the craving and noticed we had one closer than the original location. When we were ordering the 5 wing combo and 3 campus they didn't have cornbread which is a staple, disappointed. They took away some of the sides they use to sell which was also disappointing. They don't sell the kool-aid. 😐 After we ordered we sat in the restaurant and the place is a little disorganized. The place does have a smell of a gym, or old sweaty clothes it was a bit of a turn off. Also it was warm in the restaurant on a hot summer day 😔. The food came out piping hot and tasty just like we remember it. They did get our order wrong and didn't give us our collards but fixed that and we kept the fries. Would I eat inside the restaurant again no, and it's too far to take home. We might try a different location next time.

If I can give them no stars I would. My fries were hard as kettles cooked chips! It took them FOREVER with my order no sense of urgency at all! I don’t recommend this location at all!..a waste of a cheat day!…I’m disgusted!
