My stylist, Cynthia, was fantastic, and Jackie provided excellent assistance throughout the process. I was a bit nervous about how my bleached hair would turn out, but Cynthia took the time to explain everything during our consultation, easing my concerns by showing me where my color could be.
The entire team made me feel welcome and cared for. I am beyond happy with the results and can’t wait to book my next appointment! Highly recommend!

I’ve been a client of Dana’s for years now and let me just say SHE IS THE BEST! Dana has amazing customer service and really listens! Definitely could not recommend her enough, she is a wizard at doing hair. Definitely get your hair done by Dana if you’re coming to the Orlando salon! I cannot explain how satisfied I am with the outcome of my hair. Dana has done it again.

Everyone is so friendly, orlando looks like a celebrity i was almost shy talking to him but overall AMAZING service and reasonable prices. The environment is a vibe everything is so well put together and they’re such a great team!

I Had a hair cut here for the second time this year. My first time here was amazing. Unfortunately this time I can't say the same. I am comparing the service to my first time here so I have a reference as to what kind of customer service is provided at this salon. I showed Ashley and idea of what I wanted my hair cut to be but I did not get what I requested. She also failed to ask me if the hair cut was to my liking. She didn't show me the final result of my hair. She just proceeded to blow drying it. I was actually shocked at how fast she was already drying my hair. She also didn't ask how I'd like my hair styled. She just blow dried. Because of how fast she was working I did mention to her that I'd like her to fix my curtain bangs but she seemed annoyed because she was already drying my hair.

My experience here was amazing!! It was my first time here and I’m so glad i found this place. Cynthia was super nice and I absolutely loved my hair!! She listened to me and did my hair exactly like I wanted. I recommend this place so much! The vibe and atmosphere was great and they were all very welcoming. Will for sure be coming back now.
